The living rooms are at the heart of each unit within the Greenpoint House. The furnished units have comfy couches and TVs, and are equipped with everything you need to relax.

The Kitchens/Dining Room
In these apartments, the kitchen and dining room are the first rooms you enter. These spaces are used for cooking dinner and relaxing in the evening over a glass of wine.

Location
The closest subway station is Greenpoint Ave, served by the G train and only a 2-minute walk away. Multiple bus lines also serve the neighborhood. You can easily transfer onto the L two stops away and be in Manhattan in a mere 30 minutes.
