All of the bedrooms in the Kensington House are private and feature full-sized beds,
- Amenities: full-size memory-foam mattresses, shelving, hooks and closets/organizational tools.

The (Co)Living Room
Each unit in the Kensington House includes a fully furnished, open common area with plenty of room to lounge around or hang out with your roommates. A large flat-screen TV and high-speed WiFi mean you’ll always be ready to work or entertain.
The Kitchens/Dining Room
The kitchen and dining room are the centerpieces of each unit, and have dishwashers and large windows to let light in. These spaces are used for cooking dinner and relaxing in the evening over a glass of wine.
- Amenities include electric glass-top stoves, stainless-steel fridges, microwaves, large sinks, coffee makers, plenty of cabinet space, cookware, tableware, cutting boards and much of what you would need in a kitchen.

The Bathrooms
The Kensington House features sleek and renovated bathrooms with modern appliances to suit all your needs. In most of our units, you’ll only ever share a bathroom with one other person, so you’ll never need to wait!

The Kensington House also features convenient in-unit laundry, so you can wash your clothes without leaving home! In-unit laundry is a rarity for New York apartments, and it won’t take you long to realize how much time and headache you save by not having to visit a laundromat!
