Maisonette Large
With its own private entrance, the Maisonette Large room has the feel of a studio apartment. Large windows facing the park fill the suite with natural light, and the tall ceilings provide a sense of spaciousness uncommon in NYC. This deluxe suite is perfect for those who prioritize privacy, space, and the best view in the Maison.
For those who want the complete royal treatment, ask your designated sales agent for availability on the top floor, whose palatial ceilings are a staggering 12 feet in height.
Maisonette
Our classic Maisonette suite includes everything you need (and more): an ensuite bathroom, minibar, and kitchenette. It’s an ideal option for all who wish to experience the Maison standard of living.
Maisonette Small
Don’t be fooled by its designated name–the Maisonette Small features all the same amenities, with the distinction that its private bathroom is just located outside of the room. As the most affordable room choice, it’s also the sweetest deal.
