The basement is a fully furnished shared common space and work area where you can co-work with your housemates or relax after a long day. A gym is also located on the main floor, so you'll never have to worry about finding a gym in the area again.
The living room in each apartment in The Woodbine House is complete with couches and a table for working or eating. Whether you’re cooking with your roommates or simply catching up, the shared spaces will always be the perfect spot to relax after a busy day.
The Kitchens
In these apartments, the kitchen is newly renovated and ready to be put to work. So whether you are making a home-cooked meal or opening the take-out from your favorite spot, you will have everything you need.
- Amenities include electric stoves, stainless-steel fridges, microwaves, large sinks, coffee makers, plenty of cabinets, cookware, tableware, cutting boards, and anything else you would need in a kitchen.

Step outside, pick a direction and walk; in no time, you’ll find yourself admiring Ridgewood’s historic architecture and many historical sites. Ridgewood isn’t all history, of course — you’ll find avenues lined with shops, restaurants, bars, and anything else you could need while walking or taking the subway; just a stop or two into Bushwick will take you to that neighborhood’s famed nightlife.
