You’ll find the Crown Heights House in the heart of — you guessed it — Crown Heights, Brooklyn, in an area dotted with plentiful green space, historic Victorian mansions and streets lined with classic Brooklyn brownstones.

The Crown Heights House is an easy walk from a star variety of the neighborhood’s multitude of cafes and Carribean eateries, and just a few blocks from multiple subway lines, so you can always get to your destination in a hurry.

The closest subway stations are the Utica Ave. stop, served by the A/C trains and the Crown Heights-Utica Ave. stop, served by the 2/3 and 4 trains. Both are less than 10 minutes away walking. You can get to Manhattan in less than half an hour from either station with no transfers.

This house is walking distance from multiple green spaces, including being just one block from St. John’s Park, with a rec center, athletic courts and playing fields. It’s a 10-minute walk from Lincoln Terrace / Arthur S. Somers Park, a large community park packed with basketball, tennis and handball courts, football fields and playgrounds.

The space is move-in ready; all you have to do is show up with your suitcase.

We were living there like a family.

“We are three friends who went over an internship in Summer 2017 and we stayed at the Ridgewood House. Great experience, especially the Fridays' barbeques on the backyard!”

Rented a single room and felt excellent.

“This was my first time to live in a serviced apartment. I rented a single stay bedroom on the second floor. We had a shared kitchen and bathrooms, total were three bedrooms in the unit. What was great - are the weekly cleaning and shared supplies - never thought of buying a salt or a toilet paper or coffee.”

Shared dinners with new friends would remind me of New York.

“I knew not many people when I came to New York. What was great - are the dinners and pizza nights we had. People came from other Houses, sometimes we went to the other Houses. I made few great friends there. Highly recommend if you come to the city alone. "
