The Downtown Brooklyn House is a gorgeous, traditional brownstone in the heart of Boerum Hill.

The house is conveniently situated with access to 10 (!) trains; walk a few more minutes to the Barclays Center area and you’ll be able to access even more.

Boerum Hill is known for its independent shops -- wander around the neighborhood and you’ll find an array of art galleries, boutiques, restaurants, coffee shops and more. If you fancy a walk, both Prospect Park and Brooklyn Bridge Park -- the borough’s most well-known green spaces -- are both about 30 minutes away.

Public transportation within walking distance includes:

  • F/G trains: 5-minute walk to the Bergen St. stop

  • A/C/G trains: 10-minute walk to the Hoyt-Schermerhorn stop

  • 2/3 trains: 12-minute walk to the Hoyt St. stop

  • D/N/R/W: 12-minute walk to the Union St. stop

This recently renovated brownstone has four floors of exclusively designed spaces, with hardwood floors, exposed brick details and updated appliances. Each apartment has its own kitchen, common room and restrooms. The Downtown Brooklyn House has a furnished rooftop and a backyard, as well.

We worked hard to make sure every area of the house is comfortable and inviting, whether you’re hanging out with friends or working hard on a project. That includes using high-quality building materials and modern finishes so you’ll feel right at home. Additionally, our team takes care of cleaning so you can focus on experiencing New York!

Reviews

We were living there like a family.

“We are three friends who went over an internship in Summer 2017 and we stayed at the Ridgewood House. Great experience, especially the Fridays' barbeques on the backyard!”

Rented a single room and felt excellent.

“This was my first time to live in a serviced apartment. I rented a single stay bedroom on the second floor. We had a shared kitchen and bathrooms, total were three bedrooms in the unit. What was great - are the weekly cleaning and shared supplies - never thought of buying a salt or a toilet paper or coffee.”

Shared dinners with new friends would remind me of New York.

“I knew not many people when I came to New York. What was great - are the dinners and pizza nights we had. People came from other Houses, sometimes we went to the other Houses. I made few great friends there. Highly recommend if you come to the city alone. "
