The house is just minutes from a popular neighborhood park, and is walking distance from a variety of trendy coffee shops and cuisine ranging from Cuban to Japanese.
You can also explore surrounding neighborhoods like Clinton Hill and Bushwick, or hop on the subway and get to your office in Manhattan in 30 minutes.
The house is a brand new building with updated appliances, hardwood floors, large windows and in-unit washer/dryers. The Lafayette House has fifteen units altogether, a spacious shared lounge and a fitness center. All of the common areas are massive in comparison to your average New York City apartment.
This space is move-in ready; all you have to do is show up with your suitcase.
