The Greenpoint House is only a few short blocks from the East River in Brooklyn, nestled among restaurants, coffee shops and a collection of cozy brick apartment buildings.

Whether you want to take a break from work to grab lunch at a nearby eatery or get cozy with a book in a local cafe, you’ll find the perfect spot in Greenpoint.

The nearby waterfront is scattered with green spaces and high rises, or you can opt to explore the neighborhood’s historic Polish shops and eateries. You can take the G train into Queens or Brooklyn, or go to the L if you’re commuting into Manhattan.

The house is a recently renovated building with updated appliances, hardwood floors and large windows. The Greenpoint House has three units altogether with spacious living rooms and amenities in the basement and backyard. All of the apartments are spacious in comparison to your average New York City apartment.

The space is move-in ready; all you have to do is show up with your suitcase.

We were living there like a family.

“We are three friends who went over an internship in Summer 2017 and we stayed at the Ridgewood House. Great experience, especially the Fridays' barbeques on the backyard!”

Rented a single room and felt excellent.

“This was my first time to live in a serviced apartment. I rented a single stay bedroom on the second floor. We had a shared kitchen and bathrooms, total were three bedrooms in the unit. What was great - are the weekly cleaning and shared supplies - never thought of buying a salt or a toilet paper or coffee.”

Shared dinners with new friends would remind me of New York.

“I knew not many people when I came to New York. What was great - are the dinners and pizza nights we had. People came from other Houses, sometimes we went to the other Houses. I made few great friends there. Highly recommend if you come to the city alone. "
